My romance with photography sprang from my curiosity with a blue box camera at the bottom of my grandma’s antique desk, and was nutured by a gift of a camera at the age of 10. Through thousands of rolls of film that captured family, friends and vacations, grew a fascination and love for photography. While working in the corporate arena, I realized my passion in life was photography. It was an avenue for artistic expression which would challenge my senses, and create opportunities for expanding ideas in the field I loved.

I received my training at U.C.L.A., and from numerous masters in the art and photographic field. My quest for knowledge and excellence has been a continuing process. My extensive body of work over the last 15 years has emphasized environmental and story telling portraits of celebrities; people with interesting stories to tell; capturing special memories of each bride and groom on their wedding day; special events, fine art; architecture; photo essays and feature stories for major local and national publications.

The credits you might be most familar with are Sedona Magazine, as contributing photographer; People Magazine, Phoenix Magazine, Arizona Highways, American Style, The Northern Arizona Museum Plateau Journal and The Valley Guide.

My photographic style of story telling lends a backdrop that is as unique as each person or situation I portray.
